Hi, my friend have just received a msg saying "A judgment has been issued for the case:17033/2018 Capital Security Department Cheques Division. Please report to Verdict Execution Department of MOI. Ignore this message if you have already reported to the department regarding this case." This is the txt msg recvd. But he is not at all aware of any chq problem apart from one with the landlord but it was cleared and closed then and there. But this txt after so many months he is having clue about it. Could you pls advise what it should be and how we can get the details of it. Thank you!

We would like to inform you that the closure of the cases of cheques shall take place in the court that issued the ruling so that the parties go to court and submit a request to close the case either to implement the content of the judgment or the creditor waive of the case and therefore the debtor payment of the cheque outside the court is not sufficient to close the case, but it shall be done through going to the court. We advise your friend to enter to the following website and inquire about the case status:

 https://www.sjc.gov.qa/en/Pages/CaseStatus.aspx
