- Passport (valid for not less than six months)

- Reservation of hotels for whole the period of the trip.

- Round flight tickets.

- Bank statement.

- International health insurance.

- Qatari Residence.

- A letter explaining the route during the trip

- The employer’s consent on the trip.

- A letter from the employer indicating the date of appointment, salary and profession.
