It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you that Articles 10 and 11 of Ministerial Resolution No. 59 of 1978 concerning the transit visa system:
Article 10
Anyone who are granted a transit visa shall leave the State at the end of it, otherwise he shall be committed with his sponsor to pay 100 AED for expenses of prosecution and exits for each day exceeding.
Article (11) provides that the provision set out in Article 10 above shall not prejudice the right of the Ministry of the Interior / General Directorate of Nationality and Immigration to pursue the violator and his sponsor under the provisions of Article 35 of the Immigration and Residence Act.
Bin Khatem asked the companies and institutions to bring people on a visit visa to educate them and inform them of the laws governing their entry, in terms of the prohibition of their employment in the state and the need to leave at the end of their visa.
