I had a bank loan last 2016 i already payed 6 months before i lost my job.. When i lost my job i went back to Philippines and i came back in dubai just recently this year.. I was stop at the airport as i have a police case filed agauns me by the bank.. I went to the police station and they told me settle only your penalty in the court and after you pay the penalty the case will be dismiss.. My question is if i settle the penalty and the case will be dismiss will i still be able to get a police good conduct certification??? I am planning to take one as i am using for my application in Canada.. Pls help
