I want divorce. What i have to do for that?

We would like to inform you that according to the Kuwaiti Personal Status Law, No. (51) of 1984, it is possible to go to the court and file a divorce suit against the husband for the actual injury. Please note that the divorce proceedings are long and time-consuming. .
Article 126
For each of the spouses before or after the entry, to ask for differentiation, because of the damage of the other by word or deed, which can not be ten times between the likes.
Article 127
The court must do its best to reform between the spouses. If it is not possible, I shall appoint two judgments for conciliation or differentiation.
Article 128
It is required in the two rulings, that they be just as much of the spouses as possible, except that others who have good understanding and ability to reform.
Article 129
The two judges must know the reasons for the dissension and make every effort to reform the spouses in any way possible.
Article 130
If the two provisions fail to reform:
- It turns out that the abuse is all from the husband, and the wife was a student of differentiation proposed the two provisions differentiate, and the obligation full rights arising from marriage and divorce.
If the husband asked to be separated, the two men proposed to reject his case.

Article 131
(A) The two arbitrators shall submit to the court their report in detail, and the judge may rule accordingly, if he agrees with the provisions of the preceding article.

Article 132
(A) The three arbitrators shall submit their report by agreement, or by majority to the court, for adjudication in accordance with article 130
- If their opinions are dispersed, or have not submitted a report, the court shall proceed in the proceedings by ordinary procedure.
Article 133
The damage is proven by the testimony of two men, or a man and two women.
Article 134
It is sufficient to prove the harm to the testimony based on fame in the couple's life, and this certificate does not accept the denial of harm
Article 135
The testimony of the relative and the person who is related to his testimony shall be accepted when they are entitled to the testimony.
