Article (325)

he who has threaten others to harm or to ruin the reputation or financial damage, or to harm or ruin the reputation of someone he cares about, whether the threat it oral or written or by actions refer to the reputation or financial assault, to force the victim to do thing or not to do it, shall be subjected to the  penalty of three years imprisonment or pay a fine not exceeding 10000
