Specifically, for example:

You have 3 regions in your country and each region has its own zip code and each zip code has a set of mailbox numbers

Region 1 zip code [00010] and mailboxes numbers [10010, 10011, 10012, 10013 ... etc]

Region 2 zip code [00020] and mailboxes numbers [20020, 20021, 20022, 20023 ... etc]

Region 3 zip code [00030] and mailboxes numbers [30030, 30031, 30032, 30033 ... etc]

Which means that each region has a zip code and each zip code has mailbox numbers.

the Zip code for UAE is 00000

We would like to inform you that you must make a report of a loss replacement for you lost The UAE ID in the nearest police station, and then get the consent of the sponsor with the police
The UAE ID card is mandatory for all UAE residents, including UAE nationals, GCC nationals and expatriates residing in the UAE. Any person included in one of these categories is required to apply for an ID card from the Federal Authority for Identity and Nationality and renew it upon expiry. The following documents must be submitted to obtain the identity card:
· Original passport valid.

• Residence or visa
  · Pay the fees: AED 100 per year in the residence, in addition to the amount of 70 AED in the case of the application through the printing offices, or AED 40 in the case of submission through the electronic form on the website of the Federal Identity and Criminal Authority
