the loan is repayable according to the method agreed upon with the bank. If you fail to repay the loan, you shall contact the bank and ask them for one of the following things that you find suitable for your status:

1) Request for settlement of the loan repayment

2) Rescheduling

3) Transfer the loan to another bank

If the bank refuses any of these procedures, you may, after the bank has filed a lawsuit, file a lawsuit at the court to prove that you are unable to pay and request repayment of the loan through installments commensurate with your financial status
