We would like to inform you that if the General Directorate of Residence refused to get your husband the residence despite the fact you get the required salary to get the residence to your husband, you must submit an application for condolence to the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi in order to allow your husband who holds the Iraqi nationality to reside in the UAE. Taking into consideration to attach a copy of the documents attesting the validity of the conditions of his right to obtain the residence, which you already submitted to the General Directorate of Residence. It is useless to resort to the court, since the General Directorate has the right to refuse to grant residence to any foreign person without giving reasons.
