Pursuant to the federal labor law in the UAE, Friday is the week end for all worker except for the daily laborers it is a leave day and it will be included in the salary.
If the circumstances require to use the worker in that day, then the worker must be compensated for the basic working hours in addition to an increase of at least 50% of the salary.
Therefore, the working days are 30 day In the regardless of Friday as it is considered as a leave day and included in the salary.
