We would like to inform you that one of the spouses may register a divorce case at the Family Court and then they will contact the other spouse to determine a hearing and try to reform between them. With letting them understand that they have the right to make a lawyer attend with both spouses at this stage, and this stage is mandatory because the divorce may not be decided before the attempt to reform between the spouses. The papers to be attached to the application to register the divorce claim are:

- Marriage contract

- Passport to prove personal

- Valid stay (do not always request this document)

- Birth certificate of children if exist
