We would like to inform you that If you are an expatriate in Oman and you have a residence, you may apply for a family visit, but according to the renewed conditions and requirements as follows:
To have one the highest professions according to the unified Gulf classification.
You have rented accommodation on your name or on the name of the employer.
Your salary should not be less than RO 600.
For the foreign wife of the Omani citizen, attach a copy of the marriage contract attested by her country's embassy and the Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs with attaching a certificate of settlement of his marriage status issued by the Ministry of Interior. Submit the electronic application form on the website provided that it is certified and stamped by the sponsor and printed in Arabic for Arab nationalities and in English for non-Arab nationalities, accompanied by the following documents:
Submit the application by filling out the electronic form at the Omani Police website. It shall be certified by the employer or by the one authorized to sign it on the employer behalf and printed in Arabic for the Arab nationalities and in English for the non-Arab nationalities.
-Attach two personal photos (4X6) cm.
-A copy of the foreigner's passport valid for at least six months.
-Copy of the signature form for the authorized signatories issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for the private sector.
-Attach the medical check-up card for adults with a copy of it for arrivals from some countries and approved by the Ministry of Health (India, Pakistan, Philippines, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Egypt, Sudan, Ethiopia, Syrian Arab Republic, Nepal).
-A copy of the employee data form certified by the Ministry of Manpower to find out his profession and the salary he receives or a bank statement of salary transfers monthly for at least six months.
-A copy of the marriage contract must be approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Oman in case the foreigner wants to bring his wife.
-Copy of the rent contract or the place of residence for resident .
-Attach a copy of the Ministry of Interior's approval to the Omani citizen's wife in addition to an approved marriage contract and a copy of the valid ID card
