Hi, good morning.i need an legal advice sir .i am a filipino worker at home. Base on my contract,i have one day rest in a week etc. I hold my pasport as in the rules.all of those my employer nit giving to me even one day holiday in a month. Im working in 3 families,my madam,and ger whole family with her child.my baba house also because they are selarated.my salary late giving and instalment. I want togo out in this house and go for onother one.my question is.i can work to other house? Do i need to pay my employer

When i talk about whats inside my contract they only said.i dnt care about your contract.my rules must be follow.which is soo unfair.i never complain in 16-18 hours of duty.

We would like to inform you that according to the Kuwaiti Domestic Law,
Article (47)
If the contract of employment is fixed term and one of its parties terminated it without a right, it undertakes to compensate the other party for the damage he suffered, provided that the amount of the compensation does not exceed the equivalent of the wage of the worker for the remaining period of the contract The nature of the work, the nature of the work, the duration of the contract and, in general, all considerations affecting the damage in terms of its existence and extent shall be taken into account in determining the damage to the parties to the contract, and the amount of compensation that may be due to the other party shall be deducted from the amount of the debt.
Article 16
Upon the termination of the contract between the domestic worker and the employer, the employer undertakes to hand over to the domestic worker all his fixed dues in the contract provided for in this law. The contract may be renewed automatically unless one of the parties (the employer - the domestic worker) wishes to not renew the contract two months before the end of the contract at least 2 months.
