We would like to inform you that if there is any case and circular and your name is on the blacklist, then you can’t get new visa unless you settle the situation with the bank and remove the ban. As the one who put your name on the blacklist is the one who can remove it.
If you are outside the country and you have case, then you can’t return unless you finished the case and close it, so you can hire a lawyer in UAE for that to handle the procedures and close the case and remove the ban to be able to return with new visa.
