We would like to inform you that After paying the fine and leaving the police station, you can open a case against the bank asking for a refund of your bank account. The judge will assign an accountant to fully review your file and bank account in order to verify the correctness or incorrectness of the bank account for the amount of indebtedness which the bank asks you and if the accountant has concluded that the bank has failed to calculate the amounts that he is asking for, he will cancel those amounts from the amount of the indebtedness and exclude them from the end and deducted from the amounts claimed by the bank.
