Can civil case for bank loan led to imprisonment?

Note that the imprisonment of your husband because of the criminal case and the implementation of the provision does not mean the release, but the bank has the right to recover its financial rights and can put a civil suit and then implementation of the ruling and therefore if the husband did not pay the money owed to him the bank can extract the arrest warrants for him to make payment.
