We would like to inform you that in accordance with the UAE Labor Law, a complaint can be filed the Labor Office in the Free Zone in the event of a violation by the employer on the provisions of the contract of employment only. Therefore, if the violation is found, the complaint can be filed with all your rights, such as covering the expenses of the treatment, especially that the consultation is accompanied by a health insurance document covering all of it. Article 121:
A worker may leave work without notice in one of the following cases:
1- If the employer violates his obligations before the worker in the articles stipulated in the contract or the law.
2- If the employer or his legal representative signs an assault on the worker.
