I have fines in Dubai traffic but car number palte is of ras al khaimah. I tried a lot yo get discount on traffic fines but was unable to do it

No I m not talking about leaving country Sir. It was not relevant to me . It didnt help me at all. I want to jnow how I can request for reducng an amount.
