I have bounce check case of 65000 aed for credit...

We would like to inform you that the penalty for the check is imprisonment for a maximum period of three years or a fine according to article 401 of the Penal Code and the judge is the one who sets the penalty. If a financial fine is imposed against you, that means closing the criminal case only. After that, the bank will file a civil suit in order to obligate you to pay the amount.
We advise to negotiate with the bank in order to cancel the judicial proceedings it has taken against you.
