Hi I have cheque bounce case in abu Dhabi

The UAE Penal Law provides that a person shall be punished by imprisonment or fine in accordance with article 401 of the UAE Penal Law If a check is not issued and the criminal judgment is issued, the victim has the right to file a civil action in order to obtain the check amount. The defendant must pay the full amount of the check.
We recommend that you renegotiate this company or The Bank until the case is resolved and you are allowed to leave the UAE.
