We would like to inform you that you shall review the Traffic Directorate in Dubai and submit an application to replace the Saudi Driving license with UAE license, provided that the following documents to be attached:

The UAE Identity Card.

passport .

Saudi Driving License.

 non-objection certificate from the UAE sponsor.

 Special medical examination for eyes.

If you are GCC citizen, then you will not conduct a driving test.

If you are not a GCC citizen, you will conduct a driving test.
Note that the license of the Saudi leadership must be renewed before replacing it with the UAE leadership license
