We would like to inform you that the company can not force you to work an additional month without your consent and you can accept or reject this offer. As the UAE Labor Law has not stipulated the right of the employer to force the worker to work for an additional month without his consent after the expiration of the contract. If the company refuses to pay your financial dues if you reject the offer, you can file a complaint to the ministry of Human Resources against the employer.
