Dear customer If you steal your phone and want to recover it again, you must follow the only way to recover your phone

 You must report the lost phone to the competent authority

 proving the serial number of the phone in the record of loss
3-
 Follow-up of the Telecommunications Service Authority by means of the number of the record 
which confirms the serial number of the telephone
4-
 After completion of the follow-up is waiting for the phone and in case the operating line is found 
where the phone and the name of the owner of the line and God willing you can restore after that
