Actually i have taken one du postpaid connection...
Actually i have taken one du postpaid connection whic i already closed at the closing time the bill was AED682 and the charged me AED2183 which they were informed it also includes the early termination fee. so once ask them is there any bills still to be settled that time they replay me the bills which i paid is the final one there is no more bills pending .but unfortunately this month again i am getting billed with AED 840 so now what i can do.

We would like to inform you that if you have release from the company and they issued new bill then you can sent legal warning to them to stop the line and attach the paid bills. If they didn’t reply then file a complaint in the Public Prosecution which is criminal complaint to explain the details and they will solve the problem.
