Hi, good afternoon.i just wanted to know if i still didn't go to medical for my employment visa. I have to pay for all the payments from the application? Because i want to quit my job.and my current employer now she said i have to refund all the bill. I wanted to know if how much i pay for here.

We would like to inform you that according to the UAE Labor Law, the person who has the right to file absconding report in the Labor Office and the ban is the employer\sponsor. However, if the report is not true then go to the labor office and proof that until it is investigated by the Ministry of Labor and to find out the facts, if it was proved then it can be removed and punish the sponsor.
For the work termination the below article states:
Article (116)
If the contract is terminated by the worker for reasons other than those stipulated in Article (121), the worker is obliged to compensate the employer for what is stipulated in article (121) Shall be entitled to loss as a result of the dissolution of the contract, Exceed the amount of compensation paid half a month for a period of three months or the remaining term of the contract whichever is shorter, and all that unless there is a provision in the contract providing otherwise
Then, you have to pay compensation to the employer for the possibility of canceling the embargo so we recommend a friendly settlement with him if it is related to the violation of you and in contradiction with the provisions or text of the contract of work and that the best solutions so that you can change the faces of work and get a non-objection and cancel the previous visa, The best way to go to the sponsor and reach a settlement with him in order to cancel the visa and cancel the ban if any
