Hence, the landlord can request the termination of the contract in case of violation of the provisions of the contract.
Otherwise it is not possible to terminate the contract with the obligation of the parties, whether the lessor or the tenant
So your friend can agree with the lessor on any other agreement to get the rent to bring the family
