We would like to inform you that according to the Bahrain Residence Law, if the visa is cancelled you have 30 days or correct the residence situation.
The conditions:
· A notification to the LMRA should not have been submitted by the employer on notification of leaving the worker to work.
· If the work permit is terminated, the employer or the authorized person must first review the nationality, passport and residency issues to complete the procedures for revoking the work permit.
· The foreign worker must leave the Kingdom of Bahrain within 30 days of the process of revoking the work permit.
