5. A police certificate stating that this person does not have a criminal record and is obtained from the police. The police clearance should be provided to the Kuwaiti authorities for the purpose of obtaining a work permit then residence.
6. A government contract or a copy of the letter of appointment from Kuwait is required to obtain this order. The private sector is required to obtain a visa to enter the country from the competent authorities in Kuwait.
