We would like to inform you that here are all the dates for the appealing of criminal verdicts in accordance with the Qatari Code of Criminal Procedure:

The appeal shall be made by a report filed in the clerk's office of the court which issued the judgment within fifteen days from pronouncing the judgment in the presence of the parties, or the notification of the in absentia judgment, or from date of the objection judgment in permissible situations, in addition to the timeof distance. The time for appeal for the Public Prosecution shall be thirty days from the date of pronouncing the judgment.

If the convicted person is detained, its appeal report may be submitted to the person in charge of the administration of the place where the convicted is imprisoned, who shall immediately send the appeal report to the court.

- The challenge of discrimination shall be determined by a report in the Registry of the Court of Cassation within sixty days from the date of the judgment, or from the date of the expiry of the date of the opposition or appeal, or from the date of the judgment in addition to the time limit. The reasons for the appeal must be filed on this date. .

- As for the application for appeal of the ruling issued by the Court of Cassation, the application can be filed at any time and there is no specific time for this.
