We would like to inform you that he Federal Supreme Court confirmed in its decision No. 164 of 2013 that marital infidelity is proven either by the confession of the husband committing treason or by the testimony of 4 witnesses or the existence of illegal pregnancy from the husband and so can't prove the crime of marital infidelity and the mere presence of letters and conversations between the husband and his girlfriend is not evidence of the commission of the offense of treason
