Madame, I am working in company here in ABUDHABI since One year.With a unlimited contract visa.Now suffering with Salary payment delay for more than 3 months..My visa remains approximately more one year. There is an opportunity for me to get a job on immediate appointment. If I apply to cancel my visa is there any chance to joint the new company without a re entry, or am I elegible to get an NOC to work somewhere.Is it appropriate to complain the labour department for the delayed pending salaries. The Current employer don't have any more projects to run his businesses smoothly. So please advise me what I have to do.
