I am a 19 year old female and my parents are...
I am a 19 year old female and my parents are threatening me that they will call the police or beat me up and kill me if i go out with my friends today. Is it against the law to go out with friends when you're an adult if your parents say against it? Do they have the right to stop me and beat me? They have put me through domestic violence several times in the past.

We would like to inform you that There is no provision prohibiting this, but the prevailing custom in the state, which is considered a law that may be preventative, but that does not mean justification for domestic violence.
