We would like to inform you that A worker who has a small or medium-sized enterprise may also be transferred to small or medium-sized enterprises as follows:
The registered worker may be transferred to the owners of small and medium-sized enterprises that are submitted from abroad, with the following conditions and conditions:

1- Three years from the date of issuing the work permit.

2- The transfer shall be by the owner of another small or medium project.

3. The assessment of the need for the new employer should allow the addition of new employment to his file.
