 - The UAE Penal Code, has confirmed that the punishment of imprisonment from one month to three years or paying the fine, this is the punishment to issue a check that does not meet a balance (article 401) of the Penal Code.

- The judge can issue a sentence against you only fine.

- You will not get your passport unless the judgment against you is final, so the case must end completely.

- After paying the fine and reconciling with the bank, you can leave the UAE.

- These issues need some time, which may extend to three months.
