The application for immigration to Canada is made by visiting the Canadian ministry of Immigration and Citizenship website to download the immigration application form at:

Or you can visit the nearest visa office to obtain a form, and then pay the fees due (fees not refundable) to the application that has been submitted. You can also check the offices of the Ministry of Immigration and Citizenship and request their assistance in this regard freely, and the application, fees and the required documents shall be submitted to Canadian Visa Offices. There may be a need for a personal interview or additional documentation. If the application is approved and you are selected to immigrate to Canada you will be granted an Immigrant Visa. The Ministry of Immigration and Citizenship will use specific criteria to review and select applicants, and certain security and health rules must be met. This includes a medical examination, and applicants must undergo a criminal background check to determine if there is a record of suspension or criminal provisions
