Dear Customer,

Thanks for joining and trusting us, much appreciated!

We would like to inform you that if you are planning to asylum note that most countries have the same procedures, you can enter the country and then request asylum there, upon arrival you surrender yourself to the police, and then they will take you to reside in a refugee camp, and then they will bring an interpreter to reveal your identity and to know the reasons for your asylum. Your reason must be that you are scared on your life, in case you return to your country. They will investigate you and interview you many times. You can bring a lawyer, a friend or one of your relatives if any of them are in the country. One of the main factors that decide whether or not it is possible to give you asylum is the credibility and validity of the applicant's story. Knowing that, in cases the applicant is unable to provide a proof of such statements or stories, he/she will not be able to receive asylum. Keep in mind that your statements must be consistent and in harmony with objective information about his or her country of origin. Then, the opinion will be given whether to grant the applicant an asylum or not. Note that, if the application is rejected, you can make an appeal.

Moreover, you can apply for asylum through registering in the UNHCR website or your brother can revise personally and apply for asylum. However, this way is not recommended as it takes long time and often rejected. Therefore, the best way is through applying for visa to the targeted country then applies for asylum once you get there. This is the common way nowadays and for sure it is accepted by the authorities as you will be in a camp and they will determine the interview date and ask you about the purpose, if you were accepted then they will grant you a temporary residence then permanent residence.

We would like to inform you that Entering Germany for the first time requires a "visa" which can later be converted into a temporary or permanent residence on specific terms. Visas are granted for specific purposes, such as study and work. As for the study and work visa, it is granted for temporary residence permit according to the purpose of the potential residence indicated by the law for humane reasons and family. The authorization of permanent residence is granted to the foreigner who lived in Germany for five years under specific reasons

The availability of living accommodation,

A clean criminal record

Sufficient knowledge of German language

The possibility of granting foreigners permanent residence is given for the purpose of study or seek it at a university or similar educational institution. After completion of the study, the extension of residence for an additional year can be extended so that the foreign student can look for work in the same field of study.

In individual cases, residence permits may be granted for participation in language courses, without any connection to preparation for study and registration at a particular university.

It is possible granting foreigners’ permits to stay and work together replaces the system in force in the previous law, which separates them. As for those with high qualifications, the law provides for the possibility of granting permission to reside in Germany. Permanent residency, as well as the right to citizenship and the right of their parents who join them from the beginning or later to work also
