If the worker is sick leave or leave status or is absent for a legitimate reason and did not spend seven consecutive days from the date of the end of the leave or absence of the project, if the flag knows the whereabouts of the worker and the opinion of the competent employee that he can be summoned and his presence to the ministry without seizure If the worker has not stopped working for seven consecutive days in the event that the employment relationship has ended for any reason and has not been for three months or more since its expiry, whether the worker has a complaint or a labor suit pending before the Ministry or the competent court or not.
