Hi, I was on unpaid leave for two weeks until 03rd...
Hi, I was on unpaid leave for two weeks until 03rd June 2019, and EID happened to be on 04th June till 6th June 2019, 7th june being friday I rejoined for duty after EID holidays on 08th June 2019, Saturday. My question is will I we back on the payroll from the first day of EID onwards, or in other words am I eligible for pay starting from EID holidays as my vacation ended on the day before EID, but I resumed duty after the EID holidays. Kindly advise,

We would like to inform you that according to the Bahraini Labor Law if you got the unpaid leave and finished then it is calculated since it started till its end, if the next day was official holiday then it is considered paid leave according to the law.
