We would like to inform you that if your sponsor bans you and all workers without a legal reason, you can file a complaint with the Ministry of Human Resources provided that all evidence and documents proving the lack of validity of the reasons on which the sponsor is based on its value to request the ban.
The complaint will be discussed and the ban will be revoked if the sponsor's reasons are not correct when the ban is requested.

Dear Mr. Hasan, Thank you very much for quick answer.I have another questions that has related still with my previous question.1) How i can check that my name in the blacklist by employer? Where can I go to check it? Police office or labour or immigration department?Is the police going to catch me even I didn't do crime or anything that against UAE law.2) I got my UAE residence visa as visa NO valid for 2 years from this company & I paid for it, this private company didn't give me salary, insurance etc, now it's been 6 months only and then this company had trial in labour court because the dismanagement between owner & business partner. In status quo of company trial the employee could travel overseas till the company trial finish.Then his business partner told /informed me that the owner put blacklist to all staff included me, even company trial still running in labour court and then she ask me to give my passport for cancellation visa due the employer put blacklist on employee.My question, is it possible for me to avoid the cancellation visa because i bought that visa as visa NO even the employer put blacklist on me without any reason and i didn't run away exit from UAE.Is it possible for me to apply the job still in UAE even the employer put blacklist on me?What i have to do & tell her regarding her plan to cancel my visa NO ?Thank you very much for helping and I would like to hearing from you soon.Best regard

We would like to inform you that As For the first question:
The Ministry of Human Resources and the Immigration Department should be consulted to inquire about the ban since the ban is a two-way ban and an immigration ban.
As for the second question:
- The employee may travel and not wait until the case is completed if the employer has not placed a ban on him in the Immigration Department
- You can't stop canceling the visa even if you are the one who purchased it, but in case of cancellation you can search for work within thirty days from the date of cancellation of the visa in the absence of a ban against you
- If the employer has filed a false complaint to escape and put a ban on you at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, you can check with the Ministry in order to provide proof of the lie of the employer's complaint and lack of validity
