The assistive-domestic labor law has emphasized:
A worker who has completed one or more years of continuous service shall be entitled to end of service benefits at the end of his/her service and unpaid leaves shall not be included in the period of service. The remuneration shall be calculated on the basis of 14 days' wages for each year. The benefits shall be paid for the worker upon his/her end of contract.
The worker shall be entitled to a pay for the fractions of the last year upon his/her work, provided that he/she must have been completed one year of continuous service.
The worker shall be entitled to annual leave for 30 days for each year,
Sick leave is deducted from annual leave.
If your employer breaches any of your rights, you can file a complaint at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emirtization.
