We would like to inform you that the general origin is the possibility of conversion from residence (Article 22) to work in the private sector (art. 18) after one year of residence in Kuwait, but at present this transfer has encountered some difficulties through government departments. However, the residence transfer application may be submitted and may have been approved.

Here are the documents required to convert the residence:

1. The form of the residence application prepared for this purpose signed by the former sponsor and the new sponsor.
2. The number of (2) blue background image measuring 4 × 6.
3. The original civil card of the sponsored person.
4. Certificate of health insurance.
5. The criminal case newspaper from the reality of the computer.
6. Work permit issued by the General Authority for Labor Force (or from the computer)
7. Approval of the original signature of the new sponsor and a copy thereof.
8. The original passport of the sponsored person.
9. Copy of the identity of the delegate.
