We would like to inform you that It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to provide you with the following:
In order to obtain this order, some papers are to be provided and some steps taken in accordance with Article 20 of the Kuwaiti Constitution, which are minimized in Kuwait. The most important of these papers are the following:
- Filling out the application form for residence (typists).
- The entry visa to which the sponsor entered the country for the first time
- A certificate attesting to the good conduct and conduct which is not subject to any provisions
- In addition to the certificate of the absence of the person applying for residence within the state of diseases, that is, that person is fit for health.
- 2 personal photographs of the sponsored person.
- The original passport of the sponsored person and a copy thereof.
- The civil ID of the sponsor and a copy thereof.
- The original passport of the foreign sponsor.
- Registration form in the health insurance system
Steps and papers required to renew residence in the State of Kuwait:
- Filling out the application form (typists)
- 2 personal photographs of the sponsored person
- The original passport of the sponsored person and a copy thereof
- The civil ID of the sponsor and a copy thereof
- Registration form in the state health insurance system.
- The need to bring a certificate stating that the applicant is free of diseases and usually this requires only some nationalities. It is worth mentioning that it is not permissible to renew the stay of the sponsor while he is outside the country under any circumstances whatsoever.
