When you cancel the residence visa, the identity card issued to the sponsored person from the UAE is also canceled.
But if the arbitrary of employer proves that the visa has been revoked, it is possible to go to the Ministry of Labor as the competent authority in ending the labor disputes. It is the one who takes the procedures to cancel the visa, provided that there is no legal violation in the work and then it may give you the permission to settle the situation.
