We would like to inform you that according to the Kuwaiti Labor Law, you can get treatment if the insurance card is valid. But if the ID is linked with the insurance and the card is expired, then you have to renew it to get treatment. Also, you can get treatment if you signed a pledge to renew it if it is expired.
