We would like to inform you that A worker who is not subject to the provisions of the Social Insurance Law shall be entitled to a remuneration at the rate of half a month for each of the first three working years and one month for each subsequent year. The worker shall be entitled to remuneration for fractions of the year by the amount of time spent in service with the employer.
