We would like to inform you that: If the employer violates the provisions of the Labor Code, you can submit your resignation without being obliged to compensate the employer because he is the cause of the injury to you. If you have any problem with your labor rights, you must go to the Labor Office and file a lawsuit.

Article 116

If the contract is terminated by the worker except for the reasons stated in article 121, the worker is liable to compensate the employer for the loss he suffered as a result of the dissolution of the contract provided that the amount of the compensation does not exceed half a month for the period of three months or the shorter period of the contract. All this unless there is a text in the contract that stipulates otherwise.

Article 121

A worker may leave work without warning in one of the following cases:

1. If the employer breaches his obligations before the worker provided for in the contract or the law.
