We would like to inform you that In accordance with the provisions of the Kuwaiti Labor Law, you can obtain a leave for marriage on your annual leave. The law stipulates that the worker has the right to 30 days paid annual leave. The worker is not entitled to leave for the first year unless he has spent at least nine months in the service of the employer and annual leave and sick leave days during which the employee is entitled shall not be counted as part of the annual leave, and the worker shall be entitled to leave for the fractions of the year by the percentage of what he spent at work, even if he was the first year of service
