I joined an new company that gave me a better offer, where I dealt directly with the owner however my visa has not been made now 4 months am counting overstay up to 2900 dirihams... I need to leave and exit and need him to pay my over stay what should I do

In accordance with the Emirati Residence Law, it should be noted that the duration of the visa and its issuance, if provided by the sponsor, is 60 days, which does not exceed it. Therefore, it is clear that the sponsor did not apply for the visa. You can complain as long as an offer or a work letter has been signed in front of the Labor Office for the purpose of liability and sponsorship of the sponsor and to be obliged to pay the fines and to follow the investigation procedures and the issue of the work according to due process
