We would like to inform you that if the card is lost and you want to extract a loss replacement, first, you have to register at the agency's website. Second, to retrieve the identity card, you have to report through (missing documents reporting service) "noting that" you have to reserve an electronic appointment, by applying for a lost replacement.
Civil status mentioned that the last step is to bring all the requirements presented by the electronic service on time.
