We would like to inform you according to the Residence Law in the Sultanate of Oman, the granting of the child's subsistence and the extraction of visa and sponsorship to him, so the sponsor must be locally and fully qualified and is responsible for the authenticity of the data presented in the application.
For children, they must be under 21 years. (Note: accommodation will expire upon reaching this age).
For brothers and sisters, they must not be older than (18) eighteen years with proof of the absence of a breadwinner outside the Sultanate. The applicant is not entitled to an entry visa or family work in the Sultanate, whether paid or unpaid. The residence of the entrants ends with the end of the residence of the head of the household.
Required attachments:
· Submit the application for the electronic form on the site to be certified and sealed by the sponsor and be printed in Arabic for Arab nationalities and in English for non-Arab nationalities.
· Attach two personal photos (4 x 6 cm).
· Attach a copy of the foreigner's passport valid for at least six months.
· Attach a copy of the passport of the foreign resident in the country wishing to attach his family with a copy of the resident card.
· Attach the application form for application applications after being approved by the sponsor and the resident worker, except for those under 15 years of age.
· Attach proof of the degree of kinship between the resident and the prospective applicant, unless the names and the passport data prove that.
· For the wife to attach a copy of the marriage contract authenticated by her embassy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Oman.
· Attach a copy of the signature form to the authorized signatories issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. As for personal guarantees, a copy of the ID card will be attached to the signature signature
· In case the application is submitted by a person other than the sponsor, the representative must be Omani. He must have a written authorization issued by the General Administration of Passports and Residence at the request of the sponsor.
